Assistant Professor in Nutrition (Fall 2025) UIW Mission Position Summary The Department of Nutrition invites full-time faculty candidates for tenure-track Assistant Professor in Nutrition within the School of Mathematics, Science, and Engineering to begin Fall 2025. Full-time faculty at UIW are expected to teach four courses in the fall semester and four courses in the spring semester. Note that a 3-credit hour release is given to the Dietetic Internship (DI) Director.
